At Banarasi Chhavi, each saree is handpicked with care and quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the exclusive and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We also do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment options available at checkout.

Exceptions:
A refund or replacement will only be considered in the rare case of:

• Wrong product delivered

• Damaged product (with unboxing video proof)

​In case a return is approved under these exceptions, you will be required to ship the product back to the address provided by our team. Since we offer free delivery on all orders, the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
