  • We use Razorpay as our third-party payment processor. All transactions are subject to Razorpay’s terms and secure processing protocols.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.

 

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the exclusive nature of our products:

  • No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted once an order is placed.

  • Refunds are only issued under rare exceptions (e.g., wrong or damaged item) as per our Refund Policy.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
