6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping costs resulting from failed deliveries or refused shipments.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or non-acceptance, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

 

7. Loss or Damage During Transit

All shipments are securely packed to prevent damage. However, in rare cases of loss or damage during transit:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence of the issue.

  • Claims must include the original packaging, product images, and order number for resolution.
